Cancelation Reschedule & Refund Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Canidates must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule session without penalty.
Cancelations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a $15 cancelation fee or the loss of that session credit.
No-Shows
If a candidate does not attend a scheduled session within 5 minutes and no prior notice is given, the session will be considered a No-Show and will not be refunded or rescheduled.
Group Sessions
If you cancel out of a group session or more than 5 min late to group session without prior notice of 24 hours, a refund will not be offered due to space limitations and preparations.
How to Cancel
Cancellations or Reschedule requests must be made via email or google calendar booking link within 24hours of scheduled meeting.

At Prompt to Pass, we aim to provide high-quality coaching services and resources to help RBT candidates feel confident and prepared. To maintain fairness and respect for both the coach and clients, please review our refund policy below:

1. Single Session Refunds
Refunds for single sessions are available only if the session is canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours before the session).

2. Package Refunds
If no sessions in a package have been used, clients may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, minus a 10% administrative fee.
Once any session in the package has been used, the package becomes non-refundable.
All packages have a usage window (e.g., 6 weeks for a 5-session package), and unused sessions that expire are non-refundable.

3. Group Session Refunds
Due to limited space and preparation involved, group session purchases are non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for missed or late arrivals to group sessions.

4. Emergencies and Special Considerations
Exceptions may be made in the case of documented emergencies, and are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact Prompt to Pass directly to request a review.

5. Unauthorized Payments or Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us within 3 days of the transaction to resolve the issue.
Unauthorized disputes filed with your bank without communication may result in loss of booking privileges.
