Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations & Rescheduling Candidates must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in either a $15 cancellation fee or the loss of that session credit, depending on your service plan. 2. No-Shows If a candidate does not attend a scheduled session within 5 minutes of the start time and does not provide advance notice, the session will be marked as a No-Show and will not be refunded or rescheduled. 3. Group Sessions Cancellations for group sessions require at least 24 hours’ notice. If you cancel or arrive more than 5 minutes late without notice, no refund or reschedule will be offered due to space limitations and session preparation. 4. How to Cancel or Reschedule Requests to cancel or reschedule must be submitted via email or the Google Calendar booking link at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session.
